RIT's New Research Lab Building is a $23 Million, 39,200 SF, three-story steel frame building with storefront, curtain wall, brick, glass-fiber concrete panels, and insulated metal panel wall systems. The new building's foundation includes 300+ grouted piling ground improvement system. The building houses (18) labs for use by the Colleges of Science and Engineering along with classroom and conference room spaces.
