This project was the new construction of 140-unit multifamily and a Community Center totaling 214,000 GSF. The project included 14 apartment buildings with ten units in each building that are walk-up garden style with private entrances and garages.

 

Each apartment included a patio or deck and the community building hosts offices, a great room, kitchen, and fitness center. Outdoor amenities include a walking trail, dog park, and pool with changing rooms and showers.
