DGA’s Role: General Contractor
Completion: 2019

This project included a 22,000 SF gut and renovation of an existing commercial building occupied by the Client. An inspiration to innovative construction, the new space is an upgrade of the nearly 30 year old building, featuring a layout that encourages collaboration and productivity.

DGA Builders added a new staircase in the center of the building that gives better access to the building’s basement. The design featured open concept ceilings, new metal railings to replace stairways with partitioned walls, contemporary light fixtures, new flooring, and screen displays that were implemented throughout.

An exterior pavilion was added to in back of the building to shelter employees seeking fresh air during their breaks.

Due to the nature of this Client’s business, and DGA worked directly with the Client in all aspects of the project, which streamlined communication and mitigated downtime. This lean practice expedited the project ahead of schedule.

This project was financially assisted by The County of Monroe Industrial Development Agency (COMIDA).
