Construction of Brandt Drive Apartments represent a significant development in modern residential living, blending quality craftsmanship and contemporary aesthetics, featuring spacious contemporary layouts that accommodate various lifestyles.

 

Situated in a convenient location, the 14-acre property hosts six buildings, consisting of 264 units with of one-, two-, and three bedroom floorplans, community center, pool, and outdoor green spaces. The community center includes amenities such as a co-work area with glass partitian, fitness center, game room, lounge, administrative office, heated outdoor pool with poolside tanning seats and surrounding outdoor green spaces.

 

Residential buildings were constructed in a podium style, with wood framing for floors two through five. Washer/dryer and natural gas heating was incorporated in each unit, as well as private exterior balconies. Some units featured double vanity installation.

 

Garage construction consisted of CMU, steel, and plank. All garages are temperature controlled with several electric vehicle charging stations.

 

The apartment complex aims to enhance the quality of life in Cranberry Township while contributing to the area’s growth and appeal.
