Rochester Regional Health (RRH) aimed to extend its reach in Genesee County through the design and construction of their Medical Destination Center in rural Batavia. This four-story facility is strategically located between Rochester and Buffalo. It serves as a centralized hub for various outpatient healthcare services, streamlining accessibility and eliminating the need for residents to travel to multiple specialty clinics.

Approximately 133,000 SF interior build out for a new medical multi-function Destination Center to consolidate area medical practices to one centralized facility. The Center includes Urgent Care, Neurology, Orthopedics, Radiology, Cardiology, Surgery, Pediatrics, and Primary Care spaces.

The project was conducted in a tight timeframe and within limited building space given local structure size requirements. DGA performed the interior build out while the exterior was still being finished by another firm, requiring tight collaboration and flexibility to complete the project on time and on budget.
