Microsoft Office Build-Out

DGA’s Role: Construction Manager
Completion: 2017

This 5,000 SF renovation included a complete gut of the previous tenant’s space and a high-end renovation that included; polished concrete, ceramic tile from Italy, interior brick façade, old growth lumber, and custom mill-work specifically designed to encourage creativity among their employees in Rochester.

Main components of this project included installing new HVAC, electrical, IT, and sprinkler systems. Along with the supporting infrastructure, this project featured two state-of-the-art conference rooms, three fully integrated focus rooms, a 100 person meeting room, a high end reception area and lounge with a supporting kitchen.

Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing (MEP) coordination was critical and challenging throughout the project, particularly due to the open air concept desired by Client and architect. Many of the systems were to remain exposed and worked into architectural details due to open ceilings in most of the suite.
