The Rochester Firefighters project included a new 10,500 SF one-story building in downtown Rochester that resembles a fire station from the outside and provides ample meeting and office space.

The new building included a large gathering/multi-function space served by a commercial kitchen and lounge as well as offices and private meeting space for the Two Percent Committee, which represents the firefighters for the City of Rochester.
